Return to your decision packet
- After verified payment, open the report from your confirmation page. Bookmark the confirmation or report URL privately. It contains an access identifier; do not post it publicly.
- Download your JSON workbook before closing or refreshing the page. Your edited notes are not automatically saved. To resume, reopen your report, choose the downloaded file and confirm Restore and replace current notes.
- A downloaded workbook contains working notes, not payment authority. Importing one does not unlock a report. Keep your Stripe receipt separately.
Payment not verified?
Cancelled, incomplete, failed or fully refunded payments do not unlock reports. If a payment is still processing, return to the same confirmation page and use Try verification again. Do not pay again just because verification is delayed.
Lost your link or cannot open the report?
Email hello@aiopsguide.com with your Stripe receipt reference and the error you see. Do not send card numbers, passwords, private customer records or a workbook containing sensitive notes. Support recovery requires verification of the purchase. The operator can locate the stored payment/report and private recovery link using your receipt reference even if you never reached the return page; no automatic recovery email or response time is promised here.
The public sample can be opened without payment. Test-mode access is labelled sandbox and is not a live purchase.
